Avoid the waiting list! Head Start is providing on site enrollment for families of children that have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).

To complete the enrollment process, you will need to bring the following:
• Child’s birth certificate
• Child’s shot records
• Child’s IEP or IFSP
• Parents’ proof of income (2009 1040 form or Work One statement)
