New Child Care Provider Networking Organization

I received information from a new child care provider networking organization and they would like you to know who they are. Enjoy!

BRIDGES is a child care provider networking organization that focuses on bridging the gap between providers, parents, and the community. BRIDGES stands for: Building Relationships in Daycares, Guardianship, and Educational Systems. Our mission is to serve as a platform for parents, the community, and child care providers to come together to provide quality care and programs to our youth, support and guidance to our parents, development and support to the community, and networking and referral resources to our child care providers. We do this through community service activities, networking with other child care providers, and sponsoring community events of our own. Currently, we are looking to connect with as many child care providers, in home, centers, and ministries to help grow our organization. Some of our immediate goals include, increasing membership, securing health insurance for all participants, organizing a preschool graduation, and securing other community service activities for the next few months. We have a networking meeting the fourth Monday of every month at 7pm at Business Ownership Initiative located at 4755 Kingsway Drive. For more information, please contact Monica Henry at (317) 635-7004 or Ronda Taylor at (317) 826-8616. All providers are welcome and if you’re a parent or a concerned member of the community, you’re welcome too! Please visit our website at www.ourbridges.wetpaint.com.
