Free Breakfast & Information Session

7:30 am, Wednesday, April 25, 2012... Celebrating the Week of the Young Child, Easter Seals Crossroads is thrilled to announce an offer for families . . . . free access to a remarkable early identification screening tool. Through generous support from the CVS Caremark Charitable Trust, parents and caregivers in Central Indiana can use the highly regarded Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) to help determine if their child is meeting developmental milestones. Together, we can help parents with children at risk of developmental delays, disabilities or autism get the early intervention services they need before the age of five so that they can start school with the opportunity to meet their full potential. Join us to learn more about Make the First Five Count and the ASQ tool! RSVP to brichardson@eastersealscrossroads.org or 317.466.2014
